Marvin Jarmon

Director of Development

Marvin Jarmon, Development Director, has been a corporate real estate professional for more than 25 years.  He is actively involved in site selection and development of the firm’s real estate investments.  Mr. Jarmon is instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with national and regional retailers and restaurateurs.

Prior to joining Fralin, he served as Director of Leasing and Development at Charles Company for nine years.  In that capacity, he was responsible for leasing, community outreach, entitlements and full site development through grand opening day. He directly assists in the growth of retail leaders such as Sally Beauty, CVS,  McDonalds, AutoZone, Payless Shoe Source and Walgreen, with multiple store openings for each.

Mr. Jarmon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University, and is a commercial pilot with single/multi engine and instrument ratings.
