Dean J. Flowers, Associate Broker, has been a licensed realtor, specializing in commercial and institutional leasing and development for over 20 years. As an Associate-Broker at Fralin Commercial, Dean takes an active role in the development of new commercial sales and development opportunities as well as governmental right-of-way contracting opportunities in the Southern California region.

Prior to joining Fralin Commercial, Dean spent over 12 years in the administration of facility leasing contracts for the Federal Aviation Administration and as a Principal Realty Agent with the Los Angeles Unified School District, responsible for the acquisition and development of school sites for the district’s 20 billion-dollar new construction program.

Mr. Flowers has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California
